The vacuum-membrane press is designed for heating and forming thermoformed materials as solid surfaces (CORIAN, HI-MACS, STARON, KERROCK, LG. PLEXI, and others), which can be formed into any shape after heat treatment.

Universal CNC milling machine with a working field of 4,000×2,100mm for use on many materials.
A working field of this size allows for the free processing of large-format boards without the need to unnecessarily move and join them, which in turn allows for faster production of finished products, and also minimises the risk of material damage.
The CNC milling machine enables the processing of boards typically dedicated to advertising, including PVC, composite boards, PMMA, and polycarbonate, up to materials such as wood, MDF, plywood, façade boards, steel sheet, aluminium, and advertising foams.
Additionally, the milling centre can be adapted to work with large materials, thanks to the possibility of raising one of the axes as needed.
ZUND G3 XL 3200
A highly flexible and easily adaptable cutting and milling machine with a unique multi-tool head that allows the use of a wide range of tools, which guarantees the possibility of using it for a countless number of applications. Its working area measures 2,270×3,200mm. Zund G3 is applicable in the following fields:

SUMMACUT D140 VINYL CUTTER
A device with a maximum cutting width of 137 cm. Used for cutting plotter self-adhesive foils.
Thanks to the OPOS system, it is also possible to cut along the outline of prints, thus creating stickers of any shape.
These plotters are often the only solution when using very thick or hard foils or for cutting non-standard foils such as magnetic, flocked, or reflective foils.

BUBBLE-FREE APPLICATOR
Bubble-Free Applicator is an assembly table intended for applying all types of self-adhesive surfaces to flat or flexible surfaces. It allows to apply cut or print graphics on surfaces such as PVC, MDF, PMMA, glass, and others.
