The vacuum-membrane press is designed for heating and forming thermoformed materials as solid surfaces (CORIAN, HI-MACS, STARON, KERROCK, LG. PLEXI, and others), which can be formed into any shape after heat treatment.

INFOTEC 4021 PROFFESIONAL

Universal CNC milling machine with a working field of 4,000×2,100mm for use on many materials.

A working field of this size allows for the free processing of large-format boards without the need to unnecessarily move and join them, which in turn allows for faster production of finished products, and also minimises the risk of material damage.

The CNC milling machine enables the processing of boards typically dedicated to advertising, including PVC, composite boards, PMMA, and polycarbonate, up to materials such as wood, MDF, plywood, façade boards, steel sheet, aluminium, and advertising foams.

Additionally, the milling centre can be adapted to work with large materials, thanks to the possibility of raising one of the axes as needed.

ZUND G3 XL 3200

A highly flexible and easily adaptable cutting and milling machine with a unique multi-tool head that allows the use of a wide range of tools, which guarantees the possibility of using it for a countless number of applications. Its working area measures 2,270×3,200mm. Zund G3 is applicable in the following fields:

cutting self-adhesive foils – standard, rubber, fluorescent, and reflective foils based on 3M glass (used to produce boards and road signs)

The machine is intended for large-format printing using solvent technology on uncoated materials up to a width of 160 cm, such as banners, OWV foils, cast foils, and contour-cut stickers.

SUMMACUT D140 VINYL CUTTER

A device with a maximum cutting width of 137 cm. Used for cutting plotter self-adhesive foils.

Thanks to the OPOS system, it is also possible to cut along the outline of prints, thus creating stickers of any shape.

These plotters are often the only solution when using very thick or hard foils or for cutting non-standard foils such as magnetic, flocked, or reflective foils.

A highly precise bending machine for thin, flat, or grooved aluminium sheets. Thanks to patented software that continuously controls the tape feed, exceptional precision in terms of feed, bending, and cutting is achieved. It allows us to bend even the most difficult projects. Range of bendable tapes: 0.4 – 1.0 mm thick; width 20 – 160 mm. The minimum bending radius is 12 mm.

BUBBLE-FREE APPLICATOR

Bubble-Free Applicator is an assembly table intended for applying all types of self-adhesive surfaces to flat or flexible surfaces. It allows to apply cut or print graphics on surfaces such as PVC, MDF, PMMA, glass, and others. The design of the device allows for application without bubbles, creases, or shifts on surfaces up to 60 mm thick.
